Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Thank you for exploring and shopping at RazKen Gift Shop. Please be aware that, due to the nature of our business, we have a no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy in effect on sales of our merchandise.
We value our customer’s satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from RazKen Gift Shop. We take great care in verifying that the products we send to you are in perfect condition, and that they have been carefully packed before shipment. Because most of our products are handcrafted, and customized, we are not able resell them if products or packages are opened.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. While we do not offer refunds at this time, we understand that in some cases an exchange or refund is necessary, and the decision to do so is at our sole discretion. We cannot be responsible for damaged products due to shipment, and in such a case we ask you to contact the shipper directly to report damages or file a claim.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Our inventory is generally restocked every two to three (2-3) weeks. Keep checking back on our website for updated numbers!
Can you include a Gift card in the package?
Yes we can include a note in the form of a card to pass on a special message you’d like to give.
How long does delivery take?
Within Canada shipments usually takes 2-4 days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, or if you live in a remote area, please allow 3-6 days for delivery.
International shipments usually take 1-2 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, or if you live in a remote area, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
